ウィルスを検出したことをadminへ警告するルーチン warn_admin()の中から
$sendmail_wrapperを通して警告メールを発送するのですが、
その$sendmail_wrapperがpostfixではなく本当のsendmailに向いているようです。

次のいずれかの処置でpostfixへ渡るようになるはずです。

a) RedHatに用意されているsendmailとpostfixの切替機構で
   sendmailの実体がpostfixになるようにする。

   # RedHatは使ったことがないので、切替機構の詳細は良く知りませんが、
   # 他のプログラムとでも同種のトラブルが起こらないように
   # この処置がお奨めだと思います。

b) configure --with-sendmail-wrapper=PROG で
   portfixのsendmailを指定する。

c) b)と同じことですが、amavisの設定($sendmail_wrapper)を
   直接書き換える。
