[postfix-jp: 446] 多重配送

はじめましてわたなべと申します。
いつもみなさまのメール拝見させていただいております。

当方、postfix 1.1.13環境下なのですが、
メールの宛先を間違って送信した場合、送信元へエラーメールが多重に
届いてしまいます。

ローカルへ送信した場合は、「Delayed Mail (still being retried)」
というタイトルのメールが16件程多重に。
外部へ送信した場合は、「Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender」
が32件といった具合です。
皆様にはお手数をおかけ致しますが解決方法をご存じの方はご教授頂ければ
幸いです。
