[postfix-jp: 1031] Postfix2.1にてメール送受信できないトラブル

寺田と申します。
いつもお世話になっております。

postfix-2.1.5-2.4.FC3を使い始めました。
しかし、外部とのメールのやり取りが出来ません。(受信も送信も)
接続拒否されているように見受けられます。
また、ホストからtelnetにてSMTPに接続しメール送信すると出来ます。

logをみると、下記のエラーがあり、気になっております。

何かお気づきの点はありませんか?
