[postfix-jp: 1385] メッセージが再送されない

RH ES3にてrpm版の
postfix-2.0.16-14.RHEL3
を使用しています。

使用しているpostfixサーバは1日に10000件程度の流量があります。その中で不特定少数のメール(1日に3〜5件)が、activeキュー内で遅延し、qmgrが再送を試みているようなのですが、"skipped, still being deliverd"となり、いつまでたっても再送されません。

"postqueue -f"コマンドを実行しても、上記のメッセージ(skipped...)がでて再送できず、postfixの再起動することでのみこれを配送することができます。


この状況について何か対処方法を知っている方はいらっしゃいませんでしょうか？
