ちょっと僕の書き方が、特定の人の制御のように見えてしまいすみません。

条件は、@example.jp 宛てのメールの中で、@example.XX.jp からのメールだけは
遮断する、です。
FQDN単位で制御ができるのであれば、以下のような感じでＯＫでしょうか。
今、環境がないので、明日試してみます。

/etc/postfix/main.cf:
	smtpd_sender_restrictions =
	  check_sender_access hash:/etc/postfix/sender
	  ・・・・・

	smtpd_restriction_classes = taro_restriction
	taro_restriction =
	  check_recipient_access hash:/etc/postfix/taro_recipient
	  permit

/etc/postfix/sender:
	@example.XX.jp	taro_restriction

/etc/postfix/taro_recipient:
	@example.jp	REJECT
