う〜ん、Shuriken Pro をお使いみたいですが、その仕様ですかね。。。
上記は４行になっています。

local_only = check_recipient_access hash:/etc/postfix/local_domains,reject
が無いみたいですが……

ちなみに、例示用のドメインは example.jp 等を使った方が良いですよ。
