[postfix-jp: 3719] 送受信エラー

宮尾です
VineLinu4.2 に postfix-2.2.10とcyrus-imapd-2.2.12と
amavisd-new-2.5.2-JPとspamassassin 3.1.8でメールサーバを
構築して運用しています。
２〜３日ほど前から、私の管理しているメールサーバで、
メールの受信が出来なくなってしまいました。
ログを見ると、Connection refused と出てきます。
原因究明を進めているのですが、原因が分かりません。
以下にログを載せますので、ご教授下さい。

試しに、自分のアドレスに送ってみた時のログです。

エラーと思われる怪しい部分下記

ここまでかな・・・？
