[postfix-jp: 3939] SMTP （lost connection）エラーでメールが送信できない

はじめまして、
椿と申します。

あるサーバーへのメール送信に失敗する状態なのですが、
解決方法が分からず、投稿いたしました。

送信に失敗しキューに溜まったメールのログは、下記の通りです。ホスト名／IP は書き換えています。

検索して調べたのですが、有効な解決方法を見つけることができませんでした。

送信サーバーは CentOS 5.6 / postfix-2.3.3 です。
