[postfix-jp:418] 中継メールサーバーの構築について

早速ですが、中継メールサーバーの構築に
難儀しており、相談する次第です。

このメーリングリストの過去ログを参照したり

したのですが、色々やっても、外部からの
送信したメールに対し、中継サーバーが

という、返事をしてしまいます。

構成は大体以下のようになっています。

Internet
　　｜
　Ｆ／Ｗ─中継メールサーバー
　　｜　　　※外部DNSのMXは、中継メールサーバー
　　｜
　　社内メールサーバー

社内メールサーバーはグループウェア製品で、中継メールサーバーに
ＰＯＳＴＦＩＸを利用しました。

main.cfの設定は粗方デフォルトのままで、以下の設定の変更をしました。
（色々ためして、今はこのようになってます）

・transport_maps　=　dbm:/etc/postfix/transport
・best_mx_transport = smtp
・smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_mx_backup
 　　permit_mynetworks reject_unauth_destination

/etc/postfix/transport　には、
domain.co.jp  smtp:[nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn]
と、アドレスで転送先の社内サーバーを指定しています。

管理者の立場として、中継メールサーバーの動作は以下のように
したいと思っています。

１．domain.co.jp宛て以外のメールは中継しない。
２．但し、社内サーバーからきたメールに関しては、ＤＮＳを参照して
　　任意のドメインにリレーする

このような構成で、サーバー構築の経験のあるかた、よろしく
ご教授願います。
