[postfix-jp: 1370] lost connection after CONNECT from unknown

MLのログやググってみたのですが、わかりませんでしたので、
ご存知の方がおられましたら、ご教授願います

イントラネットの中で、メールサーバをたてようとしているのですが
自分のアカウント（IP：192.168.0.XX(example.com)）から
メールサーバ(192.168.157.X)に、myu@test1.example.com 宛てに
メールを送信すると表題のログが出て、届きません。

環境はFreeBSD-5.3上でPostfix-2.3-20050404を使用しております。
設定は以下になります。（postconf -n）

ここで、test1.example.com のアカウントから test1.example.com への
アカウントへメールを投げると届きます。
失敗時のログは以下のようになります。

※133.169.74.31 はメールの配送を行なう中心部です

しかし、test2.example.com (IP:192.168.157.XXX) に example.com から
メールを送信すると届きます。ここのサーバは以下の設定です
（サーバもPostfixのバージョンも一緒です）

条件として異なるのは、セグメントが異なるということだけだと
思われるのですが、なぜはじかれるのかが、不明です
＃hosts.denyなどは行なっておりません

何か解決するだろうということがあれば、ご教授願います
